Beatriz Ávila, Founder and CEO

Beatriz began her career in 2000 in the aerospace sector, developing software for environments where failure is not an option. With a background in physics, she has spent 25 years working non-stop in technology.

Since then, she has programmed in almost everything: from the early days of PHP and JavaScript to Laravel, React, Flutter and Salesforce. She has also led large-scale business projects, specifying and building, from end to end, systems that cannot afford to fail. There is not a layer of technology she has not touched.

That same level of rigor, the mindset of systems that cannot fail, is what now guides the entire Pibeca Solutions team.
