Bansacar: web application for appointment booking and claims management
Bansacar was a web application developed for Willis Towers Watson, designed to manage appointment booking, claims reporting and access to a network of associated repair shops. The platform allowed users to start vehicle-related procedures, find nearby repair shops using geolocation or postcode, open a claim and check the status of the process.
At Pibeca, we worked on the design and development of a custom .NET web platform, integrated with existing systems through SOAP XML web services. The goal was to build a solution capable of connecting the user experience with internal operational processes, making it easier to manage appointments, repair shops and claims from a single digital environment.
The result was a functional web application for an insurance and automotive services context. The project reflects our ability to develop custom platforms connected to external systems, geolocation services and complex operational workflows.
Task
To create a web application capable of managing appointment booking, claims reporting, status tracking and the location of nearby repair shops. The challenge was to integrate the platform with existing systems, work with SOAP XML web services and provide a clear experience for users who needed to complete sensitive procedures quickly and easily.
