QueridoMayor: geolocated services platform for older adults
QueridoMayor is a geolocated services platform for older adults that brings together companies and professionals specialised in wellbeing, companionship, care, health, advice and activities. The project allows users to search for services by town or city, access contact information and locate available options on a map, making it easier for families and older adults to find nearby support without the platform acting as an intermediary in the contracting process.
At Pibeca, we worked on the development of the platform at queridomayor.com, creating a structure focused on search, location and service consultation. The goal was to build a clear and accessible experience for users with different needs, combining information, trust, geolocation and simple navigation.
The result is a digital platform that connects demand and supply in a particularly sensitive service sector. The project reflects our ability to develop platforms with directories, maps, content, user experience and local search logic.
Task
To create a platform capable of organising and displaying services for older adults in a clear, local and geolocated way. The challenge was to make it easier to search by town or city, give visibility to companies and professionals, build trust with families and users, and create a simple experience for consulting available options without turning the platform into a contracting intermediary.
