Creand / Crèdit Andorrà: pension simulator
Creand / Crèdit Andorrà needed to update its pension calculation application, a digital tool integrated into its website to help users run simulations related to pension planning, savings and long-term financial products.
At Pibeca, we worked on the adaptation and evolution of the existing application, updating the calculation variables provided by the client, reviewing the simulator’s functionality and adapting the interface to Creand’s new visual identity. The project also involved analysing a legacy technology base, developed years earlier, in order to assess its update and ensure greater security, compatibility and execution agility.
The result was an updated financial application, integrated into the client’s web environment and aligned with its new brand identity. The project reflects our ability to work on existing digital tools, maintain sensitive calculation logic and adapt legacy solutions to new business and brand requirements.
Task
To update an existing pension calculation application, while maintaining its integration within the client’s website and reviewing variables, calculation logic, interface and technical compatibility. The challenge was to evolve a sensitive financial tool without disrupting its functionality, adapting it to the new brand style and assessing the modernisation of an outdated technology base.
