An end-to-end system for an industrial multinational

For an industrial multinational, we integrated and automated its entire sales and service operation on Salesforce: from automatic quote generation to a mobile app that allows field engineers to work offline and digitally sign service interventions.

In parallel, we developed an ecommerce platform that automatically generates and delivers software licences, connected to an external third-party system and to the company’s commercial operations.

Can you integrate our current systems even if they come from different providers?

Do you work with our existing Salesforce instance or do we need to start from scratch?

We can work with your current Salesforce instance or implement a new one from scratch, depending on the state of your system and your goals. If you already use Salesforce, we review its configuration, processes, automations, data and integrations to decide whether it makes sense to optimise, extend, organise or rebuild specific parts.

Do you automate small processes or only large projects?
